1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between OpenClaw Services Phnom Penh(“we”, “us”, “our”) and anyone who engages our services or uses this website (“you”, “client”). By enquiring, booking, or paying for any service, you agree to these Terms. If you have questions, contact us at hello@openclaw.services.

2. Our Services

We provide AI tool setup, configuration, training, and support services — including but not limited to OpenClaw, Claude Code, cloud and hardware deployment, and custom workflow development. The scope of each engagement is agreed upon prior to commencement and confirmed in writing (email or Telegram message).

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, including work that is unlawful, unethical, or outside our area of expertise.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD. Payment is accepted in USD or equivalent local currency at the agreed rate.
  • One-time setup fees are due in full prior to or upon completion of setup, as agreed.
  • Hourly or project-based work (Custom Workflows) is invoiced upon completion of agreed milestones or monthly, whichever comes first.
  • Monthly support retainers are billed at the start of each billing period.
  • Hardware purchases (Mac Mini) require full payment in advance of procurement.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Setup services: If a setup cannot be completed due to our error or inability to deliver, a full refund will be issued. If a setup is completed as agreed and you change your mind, no refund is available.
  • Hardware: Hardware purchases are non-refundable once procured. If hardware arrives faulty, we will arrange a replacement or repair at our cost.
  • Support retainers:You may cancel a monthly retainer at any time with 7 days' notice. No partial-month refunds are issued.
